A platform to compare personal loan offers
Connection to third-party lending partners
Educational resources about personal loans

To use our Service, you must:

Be a U.S. resident
Have a valid email address and phone number
Provide accurate and complete information

4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Submitting information through our Service does NOT guarantee:

Loan approval from any lender
Specific interest rates or terms
The availability of any particular loan product

All loan decisions are made solely by the lenders.

5. Rate and Fee Information

Loans offered through our lending partners have the following characteristics:

APR Range: 5.99% to 35.99%
Maximum APR: 35.99%
Loan Terms: 61 days to 72 months
Origination Fees: 0% to 8%
Loan Type: All loans are installment loans, NOT payday loans

6. Credit Inquiry

Checking your rate through our Service uses a "soft pull" that does NOT affect your credit score. However, if you proceed with a lender's application, they may perform a "hard pull" which can affect your credit score.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
Not attempt to circumvent any security features
Not impersonate any person or entity

8. Limitation of Liability

LoanMatch Pro shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any loan obtained through our lending partners.
